About the event
Learn how to make California rolls! You'll see making sushi is easy enough to make at home. Chef Jenny Lee of Kiuda will teach you how to julienne cucumber and cut avocado to fit into your rolls. Practice rolling your sushi. Please notify Better Knife if you have any allergies. Mushroom/vegetarian option is available.
Jenny Lee is the chef/owner of Kiuda MKE. In the Korean language, Kiuda means to take care of kids, pets or plants. Not a brick-and-mortar business, Lee holds pop-up dinners and teaches Korean cooking classes. She worked as a line cook for Bravo's Top Chef Judge Tom Colicchio at Colicchio & Sons in New York City. She cooked at Sanford restaurant in Milwaukee.
